Each staff member can create his or her own expense report. Not only can you track these expenditures, but expenses can be assigned to specific projects and tasks. Once submitted, you or another staff member can approve expense reports, and the vendor invoice will be created automatically.

Streamlines Approvals

Whether it's an expense report, purchase order or billing worksheet, you'll receive an email with a link that can take you directly to the approval. The approval screen shows the basic information about the request. Once you review the expense report, click the Approve or Reject button to include a comment. The system will send the request on to the next step.

P&L reports can be pulled by client, project or any other category. Automatic accruals can be established for pre-billed items. Balance sheets can be created and sales tax reports pulled.
